A car can be parked free of charge directly in the property's courtyard in an allocated parking space.

The accommodation

The apartment is a small 2-room apartment. In addition to a double bed (160x200cm), other guests can relax on a pull-out sofa bed (144x260cm) in the living area.

The apartment is designed for 2 people. Use by 4 people is possible with space restrictions.

The furnishings are modern and new. The apartment has two smart TVs. Streaming services such as Netflix or Disney+ can be used with your own account. Cable and satellite TV are provided free of charge via Zattoo. A high-quality Bluetooth music box is also provided.

The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, two hotplates, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a stand mixer and a Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine.
