About the property
This charming maisonette apartment is located in the heart of the Hanseatic city of Bremen - in the historic Schnoor district of Bremen
You can look forward to comfortably furnished accommodation located directly in the narrow, winding streets of Bremen's oldest district. The market square, the famous Packhaus and the promenade on the Weser "Schlachte" can be reached on foot. Another highlight: The oldest house in Schnoor, the Brasilhaus, is just a few steps away.
The accommodation
The stylishly furnished maisonette apartment (approx. 50 square meters) extends over two floors.
In addition to a double bed (180x200cm) and a pull-out sofa bed on the upper floor, other guests can relax on a sofa bed in the basement. In total, the maisonette offers space for a maximum of 6 guests.
The furnishings are modern and new. The maisonette has a smart TV (via Fire TV stick). Streaming services such as Netflix or Disney+ can be used via your own accounts. Cable and satellite TV are provided free of charge via the Waipu app.
The small kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a mini oven, two hotplates, a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee capsule machine (Tassimo).
In the bathroom, in addition to towels, shower gel and shampoo, a hairdryer and a washing machine are also provided for our guests.
Important note: The residential building is a listed old building in Bremen. The ceiling height is approx. 2.0 m. The building is also noisy. We therefore ask for special consideration for the neighborhood.

Getting around
Arrival by car
Paid short-term parking spaces are located on a side street approx. 50 m from the accommodation. Paid parking garages are nearby (e.g. parking garage at the cathedral or parking garage Ostertor/Kulturmeile).
Public transportation
As an alternative to traveling by car, we recommend using public transport. The nearest S-Bahn station is “Domsheide” and is approx. 200 m away. The main train station can be reached on foot in approx. 1.5 km from the accommodation. Public transport is right on site (next S-Bahn station “Domsheide”).
Neighbourhood
Bakeries, supermarkets and various restaurants/bars are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot. With its many small cafés and boutiques, the Schnoor is an ideal place to stroll.
For guests who are enthusiastic about sport, the nearest fitness studio is at the main train station. Beautiful jogging routes can be found directly in front of the accommodation on the promenade on the Weser "Schlachte".
The market square, the promenade on the Weser "Schlachte", the Weser stadium and the main train station are within walking distance in just a few minutes.

Other things to note
The maisonette is completely available to our guests. Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. flexibly and contactlessly at any time.
